Mary Ann Puppo began her property management career at an early age, helping to manage her family owned apartment buildings and
managing the small apartment complex where she lived. In 1982, while going to college, she went to work for VandenBerghe Properties, AMO® in Pleasanton, California. Mary
Ann graduated in 1986 from California State University at Hayward with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Finance. During her career as a Regional Property Manager/General
Manager she managed over 1,500 residential rental units and supported the administration of over 6,000 rental units, homeowners' associations and commercial properties. Mary
Ann is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. She has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 1987. She earned her Certified Property Manager
(CPM®) designation in 1994. Mary Ann served on the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of IREM® Board of Directors from 1997 - 2003, and was the year 2001 President.
